Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hitsomiru Tamaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Rawse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rawse has chosen Hustlin' as his entrance music. Hitsomiru Tamaka has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tamaka throws a hook to the side of Rawse's head but Rawse sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A head kick misses from Tamaka.
Rawse stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Tamaka.
Rawse chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tamaka can pounce on him.
Rawse swats away the attempt to clinch by Tamaka.
Tamaka lands a nice looking kick to the body. Rawse takes a step back to recover.

Rick Rawse is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Rawse with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tamaka to score with a decent uppercut.

Rawse has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tamaka finds it's way round the side to connect with Rawse's head.

Tamaka connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Rawse's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Horrible takedown by Rawse or perhaps it was just good defense by Tamaka which made him look bad.
Rawse chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tamaka can pounce on him.
Rawse shoots for a double leg takedown but Tamaka sprawls well. He's pushed Rawse's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
