Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gjuka Taurus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Azule Le (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Azule Le is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Le.
Taurus can't do much from the bottom here.

Le looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Le is trying to get an arm triangle but Taurus is defending well.

Le working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Le tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Le has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Taurus is trying to control Le's posture but Le avoids it.

Taurus sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Taurus misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Taurus is looking for a sweep. Le is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Taurus is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Le's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Le's back!
Le tries to escape the position.

Taurus is persistently looking for the submission but Le is defending it well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Taurus is trying to stick to Le's back but Le is turning into Taurus. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Taurus's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Le.

Le drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Le jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Le looks gassed!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Taurus seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Taurus trying to control the position.
Taurus manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Le manages to get himself to full guard.

Le is looking for a triangle but Taurus pushes his legs off easily.
Taurus won't allow Le to sweep him here.

Le is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Taurus wants to get up but he can't break Le's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Le looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Le is looking for a triangle but Taurus pushes his legs off easily.

Le had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Taurus is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Le Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Taurus's back instead.
Taurus is trying to get back to his feet but Le has full control of the position and if anything, Taurus has just worked his way into a worse spot.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Le is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Taurus with him. Taurus is trying to defend but Le has an arm under the chin now! Taurus grimaces and is forced to tap out!
