The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Sergei Dronov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie blocks the body kick.
Guti shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gracie but Gracie pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Gracie bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Gracie working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Gracie is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Guti is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Gracie decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Guti shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into side control. Guti won't be happy with that.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie trying to control the position but Guti is working away.
Gracie is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Guti is trying to escape and Gracie transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Guti is forced to tap! Nice work there by Gracie! Very nice indeed!
