Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between heavy weight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rocky punch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). rocky punch will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

punch closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

punch throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. weight was covering up waiting for the punch and punch finishes the takedown easily into guard.

weight shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. punch defends it nicely.

weight drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

weight controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
weight really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

punch feints and as weight raises his hands in defense, punch changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Well punch has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
