Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Big Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timmeh Naboic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wood comes to the cage accompanied by You Don't Know Me. Timmeh Naboic acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wood misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Wood decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Naboic trying to control here.

Wood seems to be working for a kimura but Naboic defends the submission attempt.
Wood prevents Naboic from improving his position.
Naboic slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Wood is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Naboic is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Wood thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Naboic looking to hit a scissor sweep but Wood is one step ahead there.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Wood misses with a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Naboic swats away the attempt to clinch by Wood.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Naboic.
Naboic throws a half hearted mid kick.
Wood pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Naboic closes the distance and clinches up with Wood, looking for a takedown. Naboic pushes Wood against the cage but Wood circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Wood tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Naboic tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wood sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Naboic somewhat.
Big Wood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Timmeh Naboic.
Wood tries to clinch up.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Naboic tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Wood counters with a single leg into guard. Naboic didn't expect that.
Wood postures up and lands a big shot to Naboic's brow.
Wood is breathing heavily.
Wood wanted to stand there but Naboic had control of the position.

Naboic pushes a forearm under Wood's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Wood is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
