Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wee Peen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bill Turner will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peen takes a kick to the side of the head.

Peen is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Turner's half guard.

and Peen counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Turner wants to stand and escape but Peen is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Peen cracks Turner with a big right hand but Turner just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Peen scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Turner to see if he's OK.

Peen creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Turner bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Turner stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Peen swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Peen on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Peen tries to get out of the position.

Peen bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Turner's guard.
Peen lands a couple of digs.

Turner wants to sweep but no luck.
Peen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Turner swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Peen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Turner has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Peen has managed to get both his arms back between Turner's legs - danger averted.

Turner has his feet on Peen's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

and Peen counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Peen moves into full mount! Turner won't be happy about that!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Peen cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Turner avoids a series of strikes thrown by Peen.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Peen is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Peen sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Turner wants to clinch but Peen slips to the side

and Peen counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Turner makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Turner.

Wee Peen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Turner scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Turner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Turner closes the distance but Peen moves to the side

and Peen decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Turner's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Turner has his foot on Peen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Peen works his way back into a safe position though.

Peen working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Turner is trying to work for a kimura but Peen is defending well.
Turner seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Turner is on top in guard.
Peen is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

and Peen counters with a shoot takedown. Turner fights it but they end up in guard.
Peen passes Turner's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Turner lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Peen!

Turner is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Turner!
