Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up but The Flash swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The Flash lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The Flash scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Silva shoots in for a double leg but The Flash sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Silva on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by The Flash. The Flash obviously looking to wear him down.

The Flash throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Silva on the side of the head.

Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with The Flash but The Flash pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
The Flash clobbers Silva with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Silva shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches The Flash napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The Flash is looking for a sweep.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva is pressing down on The Flash's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The Flash throws a strike but Silva rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The Flash has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Silva is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for The Flash.
Silva decides to stand back up.

The Flash tries to control Silva's body but Silva pushes him off. The Flash squirms to his side and now Silva has his back!

Silva really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for The Flash.
The Flash tries to escape but Silva has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Silva lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns The Flash.

The Flash looking very determined here, making life difficult for Silva.
Silva has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of The Flash's body.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
The Flash breaks Silva's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Silva is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! The Flash rolls with it to try and escape but Silva cranks on the arm and The Flash is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
