Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Russian Saint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patrick Gamble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gamble comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Parasitic by Psyclon Nine kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Russian Saint!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Patrick Gamble!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Dean Styles and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gamble tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Saint keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Saint throws a jab when Gamble was well out of range.
Gamble lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Gamble shoots in for a takedown but Saint shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Gamble feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Gamble won't allow Saint to get back to his feet.
Gamble content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Gamble prevents Saint from getting back to his feet.
Saint on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Saint tries to get out of the position.
Gamble stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Saint swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Saint wants to stand and escape but Gamble is having none of it.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Gamble.
Russian Saint has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Patrick Gamble.
Saint gets caught flat footed, as Gamble shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Gamble wants to pass the guard but Saint is keeping the position.
Gamble stops Saint from standing up.
Saint keeping moving, preventing Gamble from controlling successfully.
Saint wants to stand up but Gamble is controlling him.

Gamble seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Saint is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Let's hope that Gamble has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Saint is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Gamble is controlling him well.
A lull in the action here as Gamble stalls from top position.

Saint throwing hammer fists to the chest of Gamble. What's that going to do exactly?
Gamble misses with a head shot.
Gamble looking to finish Saint with some ground and pound. This is bad for Saint!
Gamble looking to control and managing it successfully.
Saint knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gamble on the ground.

Gamble in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gamble looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Saint covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
