Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Asmodeus Godraker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Hoover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Godraker comes into the arena with Set Fire to the Hive blaring out of the sound system. On his way into the cage it seems that Asmodeus Godraker has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Asmodeus Godraker seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Asmodeus Godraker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rock Hoover!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Skip Squint and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoover is looking to clinch but Godraker is avoiding it.
Hoover shoots in but Godraker avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hoover will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Godraker swats away the attempt to clinch by Hoover.
Hoover shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Asmodeus Godraker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rock Hoover.

Hoover throws a head kick that misses.
Godraker rushes Hoover and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Hoover lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hoover looks gassed!
Godraker is defending against the submission attempts here by Hoover.
Godraker knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hoover on the ground.
Godraker pushes Hoover off and gets back to his feet.
Godraker lands with a thumping leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Godraker moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Godraker misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hoover showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Godraker.
Godraker lands with an uppercut that bounces Hoover off the cage and back into rage.
It looks like Rock Hoover has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Godraker throws a right and a left that Hoover avoids nicely.
Godraker closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Godraker lands in his opponent's guard.
Hoover is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Godraker is trying to stand up here but Hoover is controlling him well.
Hoover throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Hoover wants to control but Godraker is keeping him busy.
Godraker kicks off Hoover and gets to his feet.
Godraker closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Hoover is trying to control Godraker's posture but Godraker avoids it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hoover sneaks back into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Hoover pushes Godraker off and gets back to his feet.
Hoover tries for a takedown but Godraker circles away easily
and Godraker cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Hoover jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Godraker walks away with a smile on his face. Hoover gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hoover fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Godraker avoids it really well and circles away.
Godraker throws a nice looking combination but Hoover bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hoover throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Godraker's waist but Godraker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hoover off to one side.
No luck for Hoover with that takedown attempt.
Godraker throws a series of punches but Hoover avoids them all with ease.
Hoover lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Godraker keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Godraker slaps away a takedown attempt from Hoover, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Godraker misses with a two punch combination.
Godraker cracks Hoover with an open hand slap.
Hoover wants to clinch.
Hoover gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Godraker counters with a one-two to the body.
Godraker looks to land a combination but Hoover avoids it well.
Godraker defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hoover.
Hoover looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Hoover fails to land the takedown.
Godraker goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Hoover closes the distance and clinches up with Godraker, looking for a takedown. Hoover pushes Godraker against the cage but Godraker circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hoover shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Godraker as he avoids it easily.
Hoover fails with a takedown attempt.
Hoover gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Godraker with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Hoover breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hoover lands with a slapping head kick.
Godraker lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Godraker stuffs the takedown attempt from Hoover. Hoover gets slowly back to his feet.
Godraker works over Hoover's head and body with a nice combination.
Godraker throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hoover changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Godraker tries to avoid it but Hoover manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Godraker to the ground. Godraker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Godraker defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hoover.
Godraker keeps the fight on the outside.
Hoover closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Asmodeus Godraker dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Rock Hoover's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Hoover fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Asmodeus Godraker is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Godraker tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hoover swivels and escapes.
Hoover has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Hoover looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Godraker!
Godraker is in a horrible position here. Hoover smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Hoover throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Godraker has his hands clasped together but Hoover breaks the hold and Godraker is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Hoover!
