Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kaleb Forrest!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, ARM BAR!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Forrest is looking to clinch but BAR is avoiding it.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Forrest.
Forrest really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
BAR is looking to reverse the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
BAR gets back to half guard.
BAR misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Forrest is looking to advance position but BAR won't allow it.
BAR is looking to improve his position.
Forrest passes to full mount!
Forrest looking to control but BAR is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Forrest controlling from the full mount.
Forrest working away from the top, dropping strikes.
BAR swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Forrest cracks BAR with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Forrest punching from mount but BAR doing a good job of avoiding damage.
BAR blocking the ground and pound.
BAR bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Forrest keeping moving, preventing BAR from controlling successfully.
Forrest can't keep his opponent in guard - BAR advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
BAR tries to pass to full mount but Forrest defends it.
BAR blocks the strikes from Forrest.
BAR is trying to control the action in half guard but Forrest is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
BAR tries to pass the half guard into mount. Forrest knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Forrest is looking to improve his position.
Forrest is breathing heavily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Forrest looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
BAR has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

BAR has his foot on Forrest's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Forrest works his way back into a safe position though.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Forrest trying to control but BAR is working from the bottom.

BAR pushes a forearm under Forrest's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Forrest is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). ARM BAR!
