The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nandos dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Nandos shoots in looking for a takedown. Upshaw tries to sprawl out of it but Nandos keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Upshaw manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nandos swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Upshaw drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Nandos scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Nandos lands with a big left! Upshaw is wobbled badly! Nandos comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Upshaw to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
