The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Chad Campbell and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seddigh tries for a takedown but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Seddigh drives through with a takedown into guard.
Seddigh advances position into side control!
Jackson is trying to get back to his feet.
Jackson gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Seddigh trying to control but Jackson is having none of it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jackson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Seddigh fails to take his opponent's back.
Seddigh working for a submission but Jackson is keeping him at bay.

Jackson is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Seddigh. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Seddigh is going olschool here, as he tries to force Jackson to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jackson shrugs it off.
Seddigh can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jackson is looking to escape.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jackson is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Seddigh looking to control but Jackson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Seddigh is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Jackson is surviving well by controlling Seddigh's body position as best he can.
Jackson is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

You get the feeling that Jackson really doesn't like being in this position too much.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Seddigh looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Jackson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Jackson is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Seddigh has hold of Jackson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Jackson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
