Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pate Boxer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Boxer looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Boxer breaks the clinch.
Boxer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Beer swivels and escapes.

Beer is working for takedown but Boxer is calmly controlling the position for now.

Beer is pushing down on Boxer's leg trying to pass to half guard. Boxer is fighting to maintain full guard but Beer has managed to sneak the leg through.

Beer thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Boxer's head.
Beer looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Boxer slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Beer stands up over Boxer, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beer passes Boxer's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
