Salazar comes into the arena with Enter Sandman blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Salazar looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Salazar postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Salazar uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hallen.

Salazar is pushing down on Hallen's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hallen is fighting to maintain full guard but Salazar has managed to sneak the leg through.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
