Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jinx Delgulo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Delgulo has chosen Starlight as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Delgulo moves into the clinch.
Delgulo is trying to drag Henderson to the mat but Henderson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Henderson stalling the fight.
Delgulo tries to break the clinch but Henderson is controlling the position.
Delgulo fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Henderson tries to pull guard but Delgulo won't allow it.
Henderson tries to score a body lock takedown but Delgulo shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Henderson stands up and waves to Delgulo to follow him.
Henderson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Delgulo as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Barry Henderson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Henderson tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Delgulo counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Delgulo.
Henderson lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Delgulo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Henderson walks away with a smile on his face. Delgulo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Henderson has his takedown stuffed
and Delgulo counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Henderson is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Delgulo looks for a takedown but Henderson sprawls well.
Henderson darts in trying to clinch

and Delgulo counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Delgulo thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Delgulo is trying to control. Henderson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Henderson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Delgulo is working away from the top position though.
Delgulo is trying to control the action in half guard but Henderson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Delgulo lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Henderson is trying to control but can't.
Henderson tries to get to full guard but Delgulo has control of the leg.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Delgulo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Henderson decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Delgulo's guard.
Delgulo not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Delgulo looking for a sweep. Not yet Delgulo, not yet.
Delgulo wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Henderson is now in half guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Henderson decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Barry Henderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Delgulo moves into the clinch.
Henderson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Delgulo smiles and moves away.
Delgulo slips a straight right by Henderson.
Henderson has his takedown stuffed

and Delgulo counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Henderson wants to get back to his feet but Delgulo is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Delgulo looking to sit in guard and control but Henderson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Delgulo looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Henderson is defending well. Delgulo quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Henderson has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Delgulo celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
