Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Thoupos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thoupos comes into the arena with Opposite of Adults blaring out of the sound system. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson fails in his attempt to clinch.

Thoupos clinches up against the cage.
Thoupos on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Jackson tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Jackson tries to circle away but Thoupos has him pinned against the cage.

It looks like David Jackson has been cut.
Jackson goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Thoupos on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Jackson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Thoupos is defending well for now.
Jackson tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Jackson lands with a right to the head.

Thoupos breaks from the clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Jackson as Thoupos shoots in.
Jackson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Thoupos.
Jackson closes the distance but Thoupos moves to the side
and Thoupos counters with a nice uppercut.
Thoupos takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Thoupos clinches with his opponent.

Thoupos breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jackson moves out of range as Thoupos strikes.
Jackson closes the distance but Thoupos moves to the side

and Thoupos decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jackson's guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Jackson is still in real trouble! Can Thoupos finish him?

Thoupos slips nicely into half guard.
Thoupos lands a big elbow - Jackson is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Thoupos!
