Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Shamerock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikael Felin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Felin has chosen poisen as his entrance music. Ken Shamerock is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mikael Felin!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Felin defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Shamerock.

Let's hope that Felin has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Despite being in the dominant position, Mikael Felin just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Shamerock jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Felin manages to avoid the submission attempt.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Shamerock swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Shamerock counters by moving into the clinch.

Shamerock drags the fight down to the ground.
Felin postures up.
Shamerock looking to hit a scissor sweep but Felin is one step ahead there.

Felin is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Shamerock is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Shamerock has escaped and now he's on top!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Felin wants to control from the top but Shamerock keeps moving.
Felin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Felin won't allow Shamerock to get back to his feet.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Shamerock connects with a nice short shot to Felin's temple.

Shamerock looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Felin with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Shamerock will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Felin just misses with a elbow thrown towards Shamerock's brow.

Shamerock manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Shamerock throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.

Shamerock manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Felin leaves Shamerock with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Shamerock throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Felin blocks it with crossed arms.
