Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Masakazu Aoki!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cheung Pak fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Aoki shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Aoki was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Cheung Pak stops Aoki from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Aoki goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Cheung Pak turns into him and now he's in Aoki's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Cheung Pak pushes down on Aoki's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Aoki gets full guard.
Aoki is looking to sinch up a triangle. Cheung Pak throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Aoki's body to avoid the submission. Aoki has instead reached around Cheung Pak's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Aoki arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Masakazu Aoki!
