Miller comes into the arena with Drowning Pool - Step Up blaring out of the sound system. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Felipe Paraventi and Paulo Santos.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitia tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Miller paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Miller closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Miller decides to stand up, so the ref orders Mitia to his feet.
Mitia cracks Miller with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Miller rushes Mitia and presses him up against the cage.

Miller escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mitia throws a right and a left that Miller avoids nicely.
Some wild striking there from Miller.

Miller looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Mitia missing with punches from the bottom.
Miller throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Miller not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Mitia avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Miller.

Miller is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Mitia has managed to free his arm - good work.

Miller is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Mitia still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Mitia has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Miller is breathing heavily.
Mitia tries to advance to mount but Miller denies him.
Miller wants to control but Mitia postures up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Mitia looks to throw the jab but Miller is out of range.
Mitia is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Miller.

Miller feints and as Mitia raises his hands in defense, Miller changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Miller got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mitia has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Miller has managed to get both his arms back between Mitia's legs - danger averted.

Miller is posturing up here but Mitia has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Miller tries to roll out but it's too tight and Miller has to tap! Slick submission there by Mitia!
