And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Luis Engracia and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Araujo.
Fire keeps the fight on the outside.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fire looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Araujo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Araujo tries to clinch but Fire moves out of range.
Araujo darts in trying to clinch
and Fire counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Cory Araujo has been cut.
Araujo wants to clinch up but Fire keeps it at a distance.
Fire throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fire misses with a few strikes there.
Araujo closes the distance but Fire moves to the side
and Fire counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Araujo has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A head kick misses from Araujo.
Araujo throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Fire's head.
Araujo looks gassed!
Fire avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Araujo darts in trying to clinch
and Fire counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Araujo off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Fire follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Araujo was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). General Fire!
