Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borg fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Nice body kick there by Nash .
Good leg kick by Nash there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Borg shoots for a double leg takedown but Nash sprawls well. He's pushed Borg's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Nash lands with a kick to the temple. Borg shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Bjorn Borg has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Nash shoots in and bounces Borg off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Borg keeping moving, preventing Nash from controlling successfully.

Nash decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Borg, up you get!
Nash thows a body kick. Borg tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Borg looks gassed!
A thudding body kick lands there by Nash !
Nash throws a quick inside leg kick.
Nash lands a head kick. Borg smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Nash clinches with his opponent.
Nash goes for a takedown attempt but Borg pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Nash scores a takedown into full mount!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Nash stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.

Borg escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nash gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Nash drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Nash seems to have locked his on tight now - Borg screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Nash , as he picks up the win!
