The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
van kik lands with a kick to the ribs.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Manres darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Manres works his way into side control.
van kik knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Manres on the ground.
Manres misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Manres has an Americana. van kik didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Manres is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Manres hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
