The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drake throws a right and a left that Escoba avoids nicely.
Drake throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Escoba ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Drake moves away.
Escoba showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Drake.
A lazy left from Drake finds it's target.

It looks like Darren Escoba has been cut.
Drake misses with a double jab.
A telegraphed right hand from Drake misses the target.
Drake shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Escoba pinned against the cage. Escoba gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Danga de danga de dang - Escoba scores with a four punch combination!

It looks like Erik Drake has been cut.
Escoba swings for the body but Drake moves out of range.

Escoba shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Escoba tries to stand and escape but Drake is controlling the position.
Escoba lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Drake pushes Escoba off and gets back to his feet.
Drake misses with a combination
and Escoba counters with a left and a right that stings Drake.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Drake throws a series of punches but Escoba avoids them all with ease.
Escoba works over Drake's head and body with a nice combination.

Drake is rocked!
Escoba Rushes Drake and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Drake is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Escoba Piles on the pressure and Drake crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
