The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liam looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Smackaskeez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Liam as he jumps to the side.
Liam misses with a low kick.
Liam thuds a left hand into Smackaskeez's body.
Smackaskeez avoids a punch combination nicely.
Liam misses with a body kick.
Smackaskeez avoids a punch combination nicely.
Liam rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Smackaskeez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Smackaskeez closes the distance and clinches up with Liam, looking for a takedown. Smackaskeez pushes Liam against the cage but Liam circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Finnian Liam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Smackaskeez takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Smackaskeez dives in and grabs Liam's left leg, looking for a takedown. Liam pushes down on Smackaskeez's head and hops out.
Finnian Liam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jordan Smackaskeez.
Smackaskeez avoids a punch combination nicely.
Smackaskeez wants to clinch up but Liam keeps it at a distance.
Liam looks for the body kick but Smackaskeez saw that one coming.

Smackaskeez shoots in looking for a takedown. Liam tries to sprawl out of it but Smackaskeez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Liam manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Liam lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Liam avoids the body shot from Smackaskeez.
Liam lands a nice shot to the body.
Liam throws a head kick but Smackaskeez moves out of range.
Liam will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A nice combination there by Liam.
Liam throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Liam throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nice takedown defense from Liam. No joy for Smackaskeez on that attempt.
Smackaskeez looks gassed!
Liam scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Liam lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Liam.

Liam dances in with a quick combination. Smackaskeez is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Liam snaps Smackaskeez's head back. Smackaskeez stumbles backwards against the cage. Liam steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Smackaskeez's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Smackaskeez just didn't come prepared.
