Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Peter La Fleur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Kendall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kendall has chosen Kool Moe Dee - I Go To Work as his entrance music. Peter La Fleur has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peter La Fleur!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kurt Kendall!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kendall throws a right and a left that La Fleur avoids nicely.
Kurt Kendall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kendall throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
La Fleur misses with a takedown attempt - Kendall sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
La Fleur fails to land the takedown.
La Fleur tries to close the distance and clinch but Kendall swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
La Fleur tries to clinch up but Kendall circles away and keeps his distance.
La Fleur throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kendall stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
La Fleur shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Peter La Fleur. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kendall shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. La Fleur manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
La Fleur keeping full guard, as Kendall tries to pass.
Kendall working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Kendall lands a couple of elbows.
La Fleur is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Kendall stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. La Fleur swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kendall decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
That's one minute gone in the round.
A right-left combo lands from La Fleur.
Kendall throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and La Fleur counters with a right hand to the body.
La Fleur moves forwards but Kendall connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Kendall connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent La Fleur tumbling to the canvas! Kendall pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! La Fleur was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kurt Kendall!
