Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Ricardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Greg Sii (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ricardo's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Can't Tell Me Nothing. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Greg Sii!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Edson Gomes and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sii gets a takedown into half guard.
Ricardo manages to get to full guard.
Sii is looking to work some ground and pound but Ricardo has wrist control.
Sii scoring with some ground and pound.
Ricardo tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Sii trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Ricardo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sii's guard.
Sii is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Ricardo makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Ricardo is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Sii is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ricardo wants to pass the guard but Sii is keeping the position.
Sii is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Sii is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Sii pulls Ricardo in close to prevent any damage.
Ricardo wants to control from the top but Sii keeps moving.
Ricardo postures up.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Sii works Ricardo's body with a nice hook.
Ricardo throws a right hand that Sii ducks under and follows up with a left that Sii also avoids with ease.
Ricardo jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Greg Sii seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sii throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Ricardo counter with a right hand.

It looks like Greg Sii has been cut.
Ricardo keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ricardo takes a swing at Sii's ribcage but misses.
Sii misses with a shot to the body

and Ricardo counters by moving into the clinch.
Sii wants to get back to striking at distance but Ricardo won't allow it.
Ricardo has Sii pressed against the cage, preventing Sii from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Ricardo has Sii pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sii manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Sii wants the takedown. Ricardo is fighting it off but Sii persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Ricardo's guard against the cage.

Sii throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Sii stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Ricardo throws up his legs and catches Sii in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Sii tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Ricardo! That came out of nowhere!
