The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson is looking to clinch but Aushev is avoiding it.
Aushev slaps away a takedown attempt from Jackson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Aushev darts in trying to clinch
letting Jackson counter with a right hand.

It looks like Vova Aushev has been cut.

Aushev clinches.
Aushev is trying to break free.
Aushev avoiding damage as Jackson throws knees to the body.
Jackson is trying to force a seperation but Aushev has the dominant position.
Aushev is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Jackson blocking some punches.

Jackson gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Jackson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Jackson has gone for a leg lock! Aushev slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jackson's guard.

Aushev decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Aushev scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Jackson is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Aushev off and has taken his back!

Jackson has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Aushev is defending well but eventually Jackson manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Aushev has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
