Robinson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gushlan.
Gushlan fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Robinson avoids it really well and circles away.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Robinson tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Robinson misses with a two punch combination.
Robinson throws a series of punches but Gushlan moves out of range.
Robinson scores with a jab to the head.
Good standup being displayed there by Robinson as he connects with a hook.
Robinson cracks a nice hook into Gushlan's ribs.
Oooh a lovely combination from Robinson sends Gushlan down but not out. Robinson dives into side control looking to finish.
Oh Gushlan is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Robinson has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Robinson stands up.
Gushlan ducks straight into an uppercut from Robinson and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Gushlan maanges to regain guard straight away.

Gushlan has his foot on Robinson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Robinson works his way back into a safe position though.
Gushlan seems to have got his legs back now.
Robinson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Gushlan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Robinson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Gushlan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Robinson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gushlan is proving hard to escape from.

Robinson gets to his feet - Gushlan follows without any prompting.

Gushlan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Robinson as he jumps to the side.
Robinson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gushlan has time to react.
Robinson walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Gushlan drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Robinson swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Gushlan's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
