Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Thiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fathi Certin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thiago comes to the cage accompanied by The Who - Wont get fooled again. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Certin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Certin misses with a head kick.
Thiago scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Thiago is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Certin is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Thiago takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Certin is in trouble now - Thiago has advanced to mount!
Thiago has control of Certin's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Certin regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Thiago swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Certin is now in Thiago's guard. A big mistake from Thiago there, giving up the dominant position!

Certin wants to get back to his feet but Thiago is dominant here and he's now got Certin's back!
Thiago has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Certin has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Thiago is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Thiago has got one arm under Certin's chin. This could be trouble... Certin trying to control the other hand but Thiago gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Certin has tapped out! The fight is over!
