Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yve Braud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valter Custodio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Braud comes to the cage accompanied by "Here Comes the Hammer" by M.C. Hammer. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big head kick from Braud and Custodio is sent sprawling to the canvas!

It looks like Valter Custodio has been cut.
Braud passes into half guard.
Custodio is in trouble now - Braud has advanced to mount!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Custodio working to try and regain half guard.
Braud lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Custodio is in a horrible position here. Braud smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Custodio is rocked!
Custodio is looking to improve his position but Braud isn't that keen on the idea.

Custodio regains half guard.
Custodio looks gassed!
Braud landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Custodio wants to improve his position but Braud is controlling well.

Braud decides to return to a standing position.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Custodio is defended easily by Braud.
Braud throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Custodio's head.

Braud wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Braud throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Custodio stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Braud lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Braud feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Custodio's calf.

Braud throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Custodio's head.
Braud steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Custodio is out on his feet! Braud sets himself and nearly takes Custodio's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
