With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Michael Dunlap!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Winston Howard and Skip Squint.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dunlap moves out of range of the strikes.
Dunlap lands a nice shot that snaps J's head back.
J connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Dunlap doesn't manage to clinch there - J circles away.

Dunlap shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in J's guard.
Dunlap with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Dunlap looking to sit in guard and control but J gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

J gets to his feet - Dunlap follows without any prompting.

J throws a hook but Dunlap blocks it.

J is breathing heavily.

J waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Dunlap.
Dunlap moves away from the strike by J.
Dunlap throws a looping overhand right but J ducks down to avoid it.

Dunlap rushes J and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Dunlap is leaning against J and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Dunlap breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Dunlap closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dunlap works on J's body with a couple of short punches.
J wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dunlap has him pressed against the cage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dunlap scores with a nice hook to the head.

Dunlap lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Dunlap creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Dunlap manages to break the clinch.
Dunlap will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dunlap misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
J throws out a loose jab but Dunlap uses good head movement to avoid it.
J misses with a body punch
and Dunlap counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Dunlap misses with a series of wild punches.
Dunlap misses with a body kick.
Killa J is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
J throws a big shot that misses.
J waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Dunlap.
Dunlap throws a series of punches but J moves out of range.

J avoids a kick to the body.
J misses with a wild combination.
Dunlap tries to clinch there but J circles away.
Dunlap lands a with a good body shot.
J throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dunlap connects with a nice looking jab.


J is rocked!

Dunlap pushes J up against the cage in a clinch.
Oh J is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dunlap lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Nice body punch from Dunlap.
Dunlap scores with a shoulder strike.
Dunlap lands a left hand that snaps the head of J backwards.
Dunlap creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends J's eyes rolling into the back of his head! J drops to his knees and Dunlap pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michael Dunlap!
