Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howard has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Mir shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Howard is trying to defend but Mir finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
