Christmas has chosen Mocking Bird as his entrance music. Lloyd Christmas has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Henry Kilmer's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lloyd Christmas!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Christmas darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Christmas not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Kilmer is looking for a sweep. Christmas is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Kilmer regains full guard. Nicely done.
Christmas's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Kilmer is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Christmas defends well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kilmer wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Christmas is now in half guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Christmas fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kilmer sprawls well initially but Christmas persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Christmas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kilmer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lloyd Christmas has got the better of the ground game so far.
Christmas looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kilmer with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
