Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Murilo Rua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Celito Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen The Eye of the Tiger as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Celito Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Rua is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Gracie not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Rua gets back to full guard.
Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gracie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Gracie drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Gracie seems to have locked his on tight now - Rua screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Gracie, as he picks up the win!
