Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tito Ortez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Algenir Mira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mira tries for a takedown but Ortez sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Mira is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ortez swings for the body but Mira moves out of range.
Mira avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tito Ortez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ortez looks to land a combination but Mira avoids it well.
Mira shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ortez but Ortez pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ortez stalks Mira and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mira's face. Mira staggers backwards, shaken.
Ortez walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Mira checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ortez darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Mira slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Mira is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ortez defends well.

Mira manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ortez manages to get himself to full guard.

Mira thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Mira winds up and cracks Ortez with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Mira is looking to take a break and control but Ortez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
