Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between I Am McLovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Mannigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLovin lands with an overhand left.
Mannigan misses with the combination.
McLovin shoots in for a takedown but Mannigan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mannigan wants to clinch up but McLovin keeps it at a distance.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from McLovin.

Mannigan gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows McLovin to score an easy takedown into full guard.
McLovin trying to control the position from guard on top but Mannigan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Mannigan looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Mannigan is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, McLovin has managed to free his arm - good work.
Mannigan tries to stand and escape but McLovin is controlling the position.

McLovin looking for subs from the bottom but Mannigan mounts him!

Mannigan gets his hands free as McLovin looks to control.
Mannigan tries to get the hooks in deep but McLovin pushed the leg off.
Mannigan has the hooks in. McLovin is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.

Mannigan struggling to keep hold of the position.
McLovin trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Mannigan keeps control of the position as McLovin tries to break free.
Mannigan scores with punches and elbows.
McLovin rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
McLovin regains full guard. Nicely done.
McLovin looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mannigan is one step ahead there.

McLovin working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mannigan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mannigan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that I Am McLovin will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


A telegraphed takedown attempt from McLovin is defended easily by Mannigan.
McLovin tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mannigan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten McLovin somewhat.
Mannigan shoots in for a double leg but McLovin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

McLovin closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mannigan did well to prevent McLovin getting side control.
Mannigan wants to get back to his feet.
Mannigan is not content to let McLovin control the position.
Mannigan regains full guard. Nicely done.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
McLovin stands and throws Mannigan's legs to the side, diving into side control.

McLovin is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Mannigan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

McLovin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mannigan, who protects the arm well.
Mannigan tries to bench press McLovin off him but McLovin keeps the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Mannigan manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
McLovin misses with a head shot. Mannigan uses the momentum to regain guard.
Mannigan is trying to keep McLovin in close.
McLovin trying to control but Mannigan is working from the bottom.

Mannigan working for a triangle but McLovin defends it easily.

McLovin drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says McLovin as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Mannigan screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with McLovin! Nice submission victory there!
