The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shotokahn lands a jab-cross combination.
Shotokahn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Campbell manages to avoid it.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Shotokahn and Campbell goes tumbling to the canvas! Shotokahn follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Campbell is looking to improve his position but Shotokahn isn't that keen on the idea.
Campbell seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Campbell can do anything to dispel that myth.

Campbell rolls, trying to escape but Shotokahn keeps control of the position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Shotokahn really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Campbell.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Campbell accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Shotokahn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Campbell moves away.

Campbell tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Shotokahn swivels and escapes.

Campbell has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Campbell there as he acknowledges the shot.
Campbell takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Shotokahn misses with a few strikes there.
Shotokahn throws a shot from downtown. Campbell moves away and avoids it.
Shotokahn connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Campbell wants to land a leg kick but Shotokahn is out of range.

Shotokahn throws an overhand right that has Campbell reeling! Shotokahn follows up with more punches and Campbell is out cold! This one is all over!
