The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice cross by Robin.

Robin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. BEMFORT looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
BEMFORT prevents Robin from moving into mount.
BEMFORT is trying to improve his position.

Robin is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, BEMFORT has escaped the position, nice work there.
BEMFORT manages to get back to half guard.

BEMFORT looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
BEMFORT wants to get back to full guard.
BEMFORT avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Robin.

Robin decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Robin gets a clinch.
BEMFORT jumps guard but Robin stands there with BEMFORT around his waist. BEMFORT gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
BEMFORT tries for a takedown but Robin manages to get underhooks.
BEMFORT fails to pull guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for VITOR BEMFORT. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Robin has BEMFORT pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Robin pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending BEMFORT tumbling to the mat - Robin dives into BEMFORT's guard.
Robin tries to free his leg and advance position but BEMFORT is retaining full guard.
BEMFORT is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

BEMFORT tries to pass the half guard into mount. Robin knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

BEMFORT maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Robin could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but BEMFORT has cracked it and Robin is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by BEMFORT!
