PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Monkeys Blade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stefan Borsch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Borsch is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Vikingarna - Leende Guldbruna Ögon. Monkeys Blade looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Stefan Borsch!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Dmitry Maklakov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borsch will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Blade tries to clinch up.
Blade tries to close the distance and clinch up but Borsch swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Borsch catches Blade napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Blade to the canvas!

It looks like Monkeys Blade has been cut.
Borsch works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Borsch content to control rather than advance.

Borsch decides to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Borsch sends Blade crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Borsch is motioning to the referee to let Blade up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Borsch throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Blade could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Blade tries to close the distance and clinch up but Borsch swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A combination from Borsch does no damage.
Blade takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Blade is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Borsch scores with a jab to the body.
Borsch grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Blade takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Borsch cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
