PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Henk De Vries (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and hazem el magic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Vries comes into the arena with EXODUS - Throwing Down blaring out of the sound system. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Vries avoids the head kick by el magic.
De Vries throws a leg kick but el magic moved away.

De Vries closes the distance and clinches up with el magic, looking for a takedown. De Vries pushes el magic against the ropes but el magic circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

De Vries shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in el magic's guard.

De Vries has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing el magic to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! De Vries is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - el magic pulls down on the head and he's put De Vries to sleep! This one is all over!
