Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hulk Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bill West acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

West is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

West shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hogan's guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

West throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hogan was covering up waiting for the punch and West finishes the takedown easily into guard.

West fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hogan sprawls well initially but West persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
West wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hogan keeps working.
West is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

West decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
West dodges the punch combination from Hogan.
Hogan looks to land a body kick but West moved away.
Hulk Hogan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

West shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Hogan is trying to defend but West finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

West takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
