Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dan Bross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamir Amini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bross comes into the arena with Gangstarr - Who Got Gunz blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Bross!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jamir Amini!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Amini with that takedown attempt.
Bross scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Amini shoots in but Bross avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Amini fails in his attempt to clinch.
Amini thows a body shot but no joy.
Bross tests Amini's chin there with a solid looking shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bross stuffs the takedown.
Dan Bross has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jamir Amini.
Amini shoots in and drives through. Bross sprawls well.

The fight stays on the outside here - Amini looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Bross closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Amini tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Bross lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Bross lands a good knee to the midsection. Amini won't want to take too many of those.
Amini jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Bross walks away with a smile on his face. Amini gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Amini wants to clinch but Bross slips to the side
and Bross counters with a solid body kick.

Bross clinches with his opponent.
Amini fails to pull guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bross lands an elbow just above Amini 's eye.
Bross stalls.
Amini tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bross smiles and moves away.
Amini takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Amini walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Amini misses with a takedown attempt
and Amini takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bross connects with a body shot.
Bross lands a nice looking body kick.
Amini misses with a takedown

and Bross holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Amini looks gassed!
Bross's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
A knee to the head by Bross.
Amini fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Amini takes a knee right on the jaw!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Amini tries for a takedown. No joy.
Bross stalling in the clinch.
Amini has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bross avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Amini wants to stall.
Amini tries for a takedown but Bross manages to get underhooks.
Bross prevents Amini from breaking the clinch.
Amini is working for takedown but Bross is calmly controlling the position for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

A right-left combo lands from Bross.
Amini shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bross counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Amini fails with the takedown
and Bross makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Amini misses with a takedown attempt
and Bross counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Dan Bross has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jamir Amini.
Amini takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

and Bross moves into the clinch.
Amini is breathing heavily.
Bross jerks Amini's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Amini drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Bross goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Bross because Amini was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
