Silva moves in looking to clinch but Gomez pushes him off.

Gomez shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Silva is trying to defend but Gomez finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Silva had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Gomez is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Silva Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Gomez's back instead.

Silva has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Gomez! Can he survive? No! He's out! Silva gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted.
