The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie throws a right hand that Kukushkin ducks under and follows up with a left that Kukushkin also avoids with ease.
Gracie fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kukushkin avoids it really well and circles away.
Kukushkin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gracie sprawls well. Gracie wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kukushkin gets slowly back to his feet.

Kukushkin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Gracie is trying to defend but Kukushkin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Gracie has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Kukushkin. Oh but Gracie has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Kukushkin goes limp - he's gone! Gracie jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
