Blankman comes to the cage accompanied by Oh No You Didn't!. Arnie Blankman could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to laremy bartholemeau's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blankman swats away the attempt to clinch by bartholemeau.
bartholemeau lands a slapping body shot.

Blankman drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Blankman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as bartholemeau works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Blankman wants to get up but he can't break bartholemeau's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Blankman stands and steps away. bartholemeau gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Blankman postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Blankman decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Blankman closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
