PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shuvel Bro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wanderlei Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Darude-Sandstorm. Wanderlei Silva told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bro.
Silva showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bro.
Wanderlei Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva moves in looking to clinch but Bro pushes him off.
Bro will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Bro but Bro pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Despite being in the dominant position, Wanderlei Silva just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That was a close round but I would say that Shuvel Bro will probably get the nod.
