Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Mendelez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connor McCloud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason Mendelez looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCloud fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mendelez looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
McCloud throws a combination. Mendelez tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

McCloud instigates a clinch.
Still in the clinch, McCloud scores with a nice short uppercut.
McCloud lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
McCloud is trying to break free.
McCloud wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Mendelez has him pressed against the cage.
McCloud lands a hook to the side of the head.
McCloud pushes Mendelez back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
McCloud controlling the action here for a moment.

McCloud makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Mendelez's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
A left hand lands to the body for McCloud.
McCloud's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
McCloud blocks the elbow strike.
McCloud lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Mendelez is rocked!
Mendelez blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Oh Mendelez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mendelez blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

McCloud manages to break the clinch.
McCloud moves in close and cracks Mendelez with a massive right hand! Mendelez, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by McCloud!
