Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brad Charyak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and First Last (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Charyak uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Last.
Charyak fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Last is out of range.
Last avoids the head kick by Charyak.
Last stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Last just misses with a punch to the body.
Charyak throws a nice head kick!

It looks like First Last has been cut.

Last decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Last prevents Charyak from improving his position.

Charyak won't allow Last to pass to mount.
Last sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Charyak defending well though.
Last working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Charyak's thigh. Charyak counters though and makes it back to full guard.

Charyak uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Charyak is looking to clinch but Last is avoiding it.
Charyak thows a body kick. Last tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Charyak cracks the inside of Last's front leg.
Charyak thows a body shot but no joy.
Charyak throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Last blocks a low kick nicely.
Charyak swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Charyak ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Charyak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Last paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A nice inside leg kick there by Charyak. That's going to slow Last down.
Charyak bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Last takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Charyak is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Last.
Brad Charyak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Last throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Last swings for the body but Charyak moves out of range.
Last scores with a shot to the body.

Charyak steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Last.
Last throws and low kick but Charyak moves out of range easily.
Good standup being displayed there by Charyak as he connects with a hook.
Last stuns Charyak with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Charyak is looking to clinch.
Last shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Charyak pinned against the cage. Charyak gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Brad Charyak is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Charyak uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Last.
Last connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Charyak, right into the meat.
Last throws the kick towards the body but Charyak avoids it.
Charyak tries a head kick but it misses.
Charyak leaves Last with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Brad Charyak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of First Last.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

and Charyak counters with a big head kick but Last shrugs it off.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Charyak throws a low kick, looking for Last's leg but Last calmly moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on First Last's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Last misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Last has his takedown stuffed
and Charyak counters with a head kick.

That has opened up First Last's cut even more.
Last loads up on a big right hand but Charyak slips the punch.
Brad Charyak is winning the standup battle so far.
Charyak throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
A head kick from Charyak lands but Last takes it in his stride.
The fight stays on the outside here - Charyak looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nice sprawl there from Charyak as Last shoots in.
Last throws a big shot that misses.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Charyak dips to his left and cracks Last with an uppercut!

The cut above First Last's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

and Charyak counters with a solid body kick.
Last is breathing heavily.
Charyak throws a nice head kick!
Last misses the body punch
and Charyak finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A swing and a miss from Last.
Charyak scores with a hook to the body. Last takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Charyak with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Last is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Charyak tries to close the distance and clinch up but Last swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Charyak throws a leg kick but Last sees it coming and moves out of range.
Charyak dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Last. That did some damage!
Charyak misses with a head kick.
Charyak misses with a body kick.
Charyak doesn't manage to clinch there - Last circles away.
Last takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Charyak feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Last's calf.
Charyak connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

First Last's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Charyak lands with a straight right. Last didn't see that one coming.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at First Last's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
