The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Heinski as Grepp shoots in.
Grepp looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Grepp shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Heinski pinned against the cage. Heinski gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Dave Heinski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Knut Grepp.

Heinski decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Grepp tries to roll over but Heinski keeps him under control.
Heinski wants to stand up but Grepp has a hold of him and won't allow it.

Grepp is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Heinski's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Heinski's back!
Heinski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Grepp on the ground.

Grepp is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Heinski knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Heinski for a finish.
