Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Romeo Marriott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Stout (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stout comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Back in Black - AC/DC kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marriott throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Marriott dodges the punch combination from Stout.
Marriott looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stout is fending him off so far but Marriott persists. Nope, Stout circles away and we're back to standing.
A jab from Marriott misses.
Marriott looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Stout scores with a leg kick.
Stout throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Marriott avoids a punch combination nicely.
Stout lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Marriott circles away quickly and effectively.
Stout lands with a straight right. Marriott didn't see that one coming.
Stout misses with a double jab.
Nice sprawl there from Stout as Marriott shoots in.

Stout drops Marriott with a right and a left! Stout comes rushing in but Marriott regains his composure and manages to keep Stout in guard.

It looks like Romeo Marriott has been cut.

Stout thows a big elbow that misses.

Marriott throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Stout wants to clinch up but Marriott keeps it at a distance.
Marriott stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Stout.
Marriott is breathing heavily.
Stout lands a glancing blow to the side of Marriott's head.
Sam Stout seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stout is looking to clinch but Marriott is avoiding it.
Marriott tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stout paws at him with a jab and circles away.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Stout! Marriott is backing up but he can't get away as Stout lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Marriott and ends the fight. Great knockout.
